Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Hidden Greatness is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply for returned packages that require reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Hidden Greatness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
